General Description :

CONFICOAT – 108 is a ready for use alcohol based zircon with refractory coating having excellent suspension properties. This coating is suitable for use on co₂ set. Green sand and resin bonded sand mould used in iron and steel foundries. Performance of the coating is well due to synergistic effect good covering properties.

Purpose :

High temperature alloys steel iron etc. it is necessary to coating sand surface contact with molten metal to prevent sand wash and sand erosion. This coatings are best for use M.S. steel and stainless steel.

Instructions for use :

Remixed the coating homogeneously before use.

CONFICOAT – 108 is available in 50 kg carboy packing.
