General Description :

CONFICOAT –531 Z is a ready for use alcohol based zircon coating. This coating is a good covering and excellent suspension properties. This coat is suitable for use green sand. Co2 seland resin bonded sand mould or cores. CONFICAT – 531 Z, use to critical jobs in heavy castings for iron and steel, steel valve etc.

Purpose :

When casting high temperature alloys steel and iron etc. sand surface, sand erosion contact with molten metal to preventing.

Instructions for use :

CONFICOAT – 531 Z is available in 50 kg carboy packing.
