General Description :
CONFIHOT – 181 (S) sleeves are a range of highly exothermic cum insulating risers linings. These sleeves are suitable for all iron and steel castings. CONFIHOT – 181 (S) sleeves are available in diameters from 3” to 12” in both open and blind types. |

The exothermic and insulating properties of CONFIHOT – 181 (S) are so high that firstly, initial chill is minimized in the riser, and secondly, its overall thermal performance is as good as that of sand riser.

CONFIHOT – 181 (S) sleeves have a low density and are highly refractory at steel – pouring temperatures, which eliminates penetration and dilation of the metal at the base of the riser.

The surface is clean for gas cutting of risers.
